Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect other clients’ time.
